If your item arrives damaged or defective, we offer a full refund or replacement. To initiate this process, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide photos of the damage or defect. We will cover any shipping costs for the return of damaged goods.

 

  1. Change of Mind or Unsatisfied with the Product

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the item for a refund within 7 days of receiving it, provided that:

– The item is returned in its original package.

– The product is unused and in the same condition as when it was delivered.
